A very large portion of our business comes from yesterday's clients and their friends and family to whom Acorn Realty has been recommended. Rather than spending vast sums of money spreading our name to new clientele, it is our goal to serve our clients to the absolute best of our ability. We hope that our customers are satisfied long after our business dealings are complete so that in the future we may look toward the continued business of past clients. We believe that this is the only way to ensure long-term success as a business.

We accept conjunctions with any real estate agency. This means that our clients will never miss out on a potential offer simply because we decide against a conjunctional offer. Our clients are paying us for our service, and we consider it our responsibility to work in their best interests.
History
We are a Perth based real estate agency, looking after our clients' real estate needs in all suburbs of Perth and Margaret River and surrounding areas.
Acorn realty was founded by Joerg Wittkamp and Dietmar Puzicha. Dietmar and Joerg individually achieved a very high reputation in the real estate industry. Both have consistently placed in the top rankings for a number of real estate companies and collected many recognitions and awards from their employers as their top selling and listing agents. On numerous occasions, their achievements were also recognised with awards from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).
During Joerg and Dietmar's time in the real estate industry, they had always felt that they were capable of improving the service to their clients. The motto that the two adhere to is that "honesty and integrity are the most important part of the service provided".
Recommendations
As a real estate company we frequently deal with many companies (finance brokers, settlement agents, building inspectors, pest management and property management). We provide our recommendations based on our past experiences with numerous service providers for the benefit of our clients. Acorn Realty receives no monetary payments or "kick backs" as they are commonly called from recommending any service providers.
